Police have increased deployment in the city following a terror alert sounded by the United Nations and the US embassy this morning. Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF), Counter terrorism police and regular officers together with plain clothed men have been deployed around the city and at the Entebbe airport where the terror threat is high.
