Museveni Revisits 10-Point Programme 4

While the 10-Point Programme was more pronounced from the time President Museveni took over power in 1986 to early 2000s, from then onward reference to the so-called political Bible of the National Resistance Movement NRM had sort of disappeared. Point Number 5 of the programme was to build an independent, integrated, and self-sustaining national economy.
