Residents accusing Ibuje Sub County leaders of fraudulently taking 105 million shillings which was reportedly deposited into the Sub County account by Sadeem Al Kuwait Construction to allow them to gain access to the rock to conduct quarrying for the tarmacking of Rwenkunye-Apac-Lira Road.
