The matter was up for scheduling on Thursday 9th September but lawyers of Kirumira and Electoral Commission raised a point of law regarding the recommissioned affidavits. Kirumira’s lawyers led by Ronald Ruhinda told court that the petitioner had served them the recommissioned affidavits late, at 4pm on Wednesday 8th.
