Fishermen accuse Evelyn Atuhaire, the Kitagwenda district fisheries officer of connivance and illegally giving out fishing boat licenses to non landing site residents.
Vincent Walugembe, the Chairperson of Kwekulakulanya Agriculture Group, says that they have over 60 acres of land containing coffee and other crops. He says that irrigating their plantations using watering cans has been a time-wasting and tiresome task.
