Opiyo explains that despite poor responses from the dog owners, the team has vaccinated 320 dogs in Awach Sub-County, 384 in Patiko, 187 in Palaro, 578 in Bungatira, 238 in Unyama, 405 in Paicho and 926 in Gulu Municipality against 5,000 projected targets.
