The Ugandan team took charge of all four quarters thanks to a formidable force from a combination of staff and legislators, led by Central Youth MP, Sarah Babirye Kityo in Goal shooting, Kasese Woman MP, Winfred Kiiza in goal attack and Kiryandongo Woman MP, Jalia Bintu in Wing Attack.
One of the councilors eyeing the new position is Abubaker Kawalya, the Lubaga North Councilor who currently chairs the Engineering Steering Committee. Kawalya told URN that he will offer himself for election and is ready to serve.
Geoffrey Matovu, the Regional Inspectorate Officer in Gulu, says Obwoya was arrested together with the operator of wheel loader, Onex Otim. According to Matovu, they received a complaint from the local community on May 2018 and launched investigations.
