The district has fixed a total road distance of 89 kilometres on nine road sections in three sub-counties creating access to areas that were cut off due to a collapsed road network. The district Engineer Martin Opio says that over 260 million Shillings from the Uganda Road Fund has been spent on the task which started in June 2019.
