Dr Christopher Nsereko, a physician at Entebbe Regional Referral Hospital, says that common symptoms among the people who have been infected during the second wave include chest pain, difficulty in breathing, fatigue and diarrhoea.
However, the over 400 patients who have been admitted at Entebbe Hospital since mid-April spend an average of 20-days. Most of them have chest pain, fatigue and difficulty in breathing.
Sam Wadri Nyaku the Mayor Arua City said the decision by the Ministry of Local Government to remain silent on the issue has affected the operations of the City. He explains that they cannot access some of the movable assets like motor vehicles to facilitate their work in the City.
