At Nyakaseke Taxi Park, transport from Fort Portal to Kasese has increased from 10,000 Shillings to 20,000 Shillings, Fort Portal to Rwimi from 5,000 Shillings to 10,000 Shillings while Fort Portal- Kibiito is 6,000 from 3,000 Shillings.
The group is believed to have led the infamous attack in which a gang of 14 robbed an Indian national who was riding on a motorcycle along Mawanda Road. Reports indicated that the attackers took five million Shillings and two mobile phones from the Indian victim, later identified as Jiwan Lal, an accountant with Rigil Agro Peck Limited in Kololo.
Muhammad Nsubuga, the Masaka Region Police Spokesperson, confirmed Nayebare’s arrest, saying the baby was in good health by the time police found him.
