Kampala Metropolitan Deputy Police Spokesperson, Luke Owoyesiyire told URN that detectives traced and arrested Sematiko on Wednesday evening from Kirinya-Bweyogerere in Kira Wakiso district.
Kampala Metropolitan Deputy Police spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigyire, says that the suspects were picked up in an operation following a public outcry by residents of Masaja, Salaama, Mutundwe and Bunamwaya parishes in Makindye division.
Joseph Mwanje, 67, one of those on the verge of eviction, says that their pleas to Ssenkubuge to present the landlord has been futile, adding that he only becomes angry whenever their raise the matter.
