Over UGX 40 Million prepared for the youth livelihood funds in Mukono district was not utilized and turned back due to lack of preparations from the youths in Mukono and also delay for this money to be given out to the youths has also made them not to prepare very well.
Azuba said government is cognisant of the fact that they wont make profits in the airline business from the first day. She said government will be innovative after venturing into the airline business by looking beyond passengers and cargo transport.
