Newly appointed Deputy Inspector General of Government, Andrew Munanura Karokora says he will not be bogged down by lack of enabling laws and procedures in the fight against corruption but will shift the burden to the accused persons to explain their wealth.

A suspected robber in Kalyankonko village, Maanyi sub-county, Mityana got more than he bargained for after breaking into a resident’s house on Thursday, 16th. The armed robber was disarmed, hacked and his body later burnt by his intended victim, with the help of neighbours.
