Mathias Mpuuga, the Masaka municipality MP says that he has received several complaints from his voters implicating the officers at Nyendo police station and crime preventers for assaulting and extorting money from them.
It is not the first time that Dr Okuonzi is being sued for child neglect. In December 2013, He was dragged to Makindye Court by another woman, Sophia Nyivuru, whom he is alleged to have abandoned in a house at Mayanja- Salama, Makindye Division. He is also running a divorce battle at Kampala High Court Family Division since 2012 seeking to divorce Sarah Namubiru, his wife and mother of his four children.
Police in Kasaali village, Kabonera Sub County in Masaka district are holding a 35 year old man over defiling his 14-year old step daughter. Robert Ssinga (35) a resident of Kasaali village in Kabonera Sub County was caught last night at around 4am by his wife Regina Nakabugo.
