The Inspector General of Police Kale Kayihura said the arrested individuals include four men and two women linked to the gruesome murder of Joan Kagezi, the State Prosecutor who was killed last week in Kiwatule, a Kampala suburb.
The development comes two days after a man suspected to have links with Al-Shabaab, the Somali-based terrorist group, was arrested at a hostel near Makerere University Business School in Kampala. The suspect is in police custody.
