Police had summoned Musumba to appear for interrogations for alleged incitement of violence in connection to the ongoing discussions on the proposed scrapping of the presidential age limit.
Julius Tugumizemu, an eye witness believes the pole gave way because it was rotten. Samson Kasasira, the Rwizi Region Police Commander, says they are investigating the matter.
