Malore is reported to have been shot dead by two attackers who were riding on a numberless motorcycle. He had just arrived at his home in Buweera village, in Buwenge sub-county at around 9 p.m. when the two men dressed in black jackets and helmets, descended on him ending his life instantly.
Wayelo's mother, Florence Achan says that they live in a deserted area and only noticed the fire when they saw huge flames. "Our house is located near the wetland and our neighbours who live about 100 meters away only noticed the fire when it had already spread all over the house," she said.

Eyewitnesses say that one of the walls in the market collapsed on the lockups hosting gas cylinders forcing them to burst. The leaking gas is reported to have spilt over before sparking off big flames of fire, which quickly spread to the rest of the neighbouring stalls.
This morning, a team of counter-terrorism police personnel rushed to Igenge village to assemble the fragments to ascertain the source of the projectile. The officers recovered two oval-shaped metallic pieces believed to be part of the fragments released by the projectile from the Bugembe prisons compound and Igenge village.
The suspects who are locked up at Kiira East-Central police station are Paul Kalimungabo and Ramadhan Kapeere. They were picked up on Wednesday morning after residents who saw Kalimungabo depart with Mukisa tipped off police authorities.
The Kiira Regional Police spokesperson, James Mubi, says that detectives inspected the dormitory and found several illegal connections on the school premises.
Eight other students collapsed following the loss of their property and were rushed to Jinja Regional Referral Hospital for further management. It is reported that the fire broke out in the boys' dormitories around 7:00 pm.
Karugaba further stresses that, the unit has investigated several cases of misconduct, theft of government drugs and theft of equipment in Jinja hospital within the past five years, however, criminal actors keep evolving and employing new tactics.
A source from the records department told URN on condition of anonymity that some health workers blocked them from availing the health ministry the exact number of the cylinders, which had been donated to the hospital by well-wishers.
