Abdul Nadduli the Senior Presidential Advisor says that Kisamba has served diligently in all capacities entrusted to him and has never been named in any corruption scandal like many politicians of today.
The coordinators will be recruited as part of a nationwide drive championed by President Museveni’s Senior Political Advisor and Personal Assistant Milly Babalanda.
