A National Agriculture Advisory Development Services (Naads) official in Kaabong district has committed suicide in what appears to be a case linked to failed accountability for money. Denis Omoding, who was 30 at the time of his death, has been the Naads Coordinator for Lolelia Sub County for the last three years.
