The facility will be equipped with electronic database of essential information on majority of sectors of the countrys economy, online books, journals, policies and major research findings amongst others. Dr. James Nkata, the Director General of the Institute says access to the virtual library to members of the public will be by affordable subscription fees that will be decided by the institute.
