On Tuesday, the FUFA Club Licensing Appeals committee issued a decision that demoted the West Nile based club from the 2023-2024 Startimes Uganda Premier league season over club licensing regulation shortfalls. The club has since been advised to prepare for the 2024/25 big league season, the second division league in the country.

FUFA Withdraws Arua Hill SC Licence Ahead of Second Round Kickoff 1

Brendah Nyamwiza , the club’s newly appointed Chief Executive Officer CEO says that they are doing everything to file a petition before the expiry of the January 29 deadline such that the club can be included in the second wrong fixtures. According to Nyamwiza, the club fell short in earlier submitted documents to the FUFA Club Licensing Committee specifically in the areas of Administration, Finance, Pitch and transfer of ownership.
