Esep who is a fisherman had reported that his son, Ivan Oluka, had been attacked by the crocodile on Sunday night when they went fishing in Lake Kyoga. But after the body was retrieved from the water on Tuesday evening, there wasn't even scratch on the teenager’s body except a broken neck.
The officers include Norman Etolu, the Parish Chief in Kobulubulu Sub County, Geofringo Geofrey Egadu, the Parish Chief in Aperkira Sub County and Raymond Eboyu a.k.a Charles Raymond Elyau, the Assistant Accountant, Ochero sub County. Etolu and Egadu are accused of forging diploma papers to get jobs as Parish Chiefs while Eboyu is accused of living and working under impersonation for 37 years.
