General Okello Arao, a resident of Aculbanya cell in Ogwang-acuma ward in Aboke town council says that Winnie Acio, a member of Atek-angulo clan disappeared from home and when the accident occurred they were informed that one of the victims was from Aculbanya cell.
The arrest stemmed from a dramatic incident when locals in the area engaged in a physical fight for Money disbursed by the National Resistance Movement party to the village as facilitation to the voters.
Statements by the suspects in custody show that the suspects serve their victims with edibles and drinks lased with chloroform before they rob their motorcycles. The group sometimes hires motorcycles for self ride and they allegedly disappear with them.
