Chemutai allegedly shot himself dead in his house on Sunday morning. John Lokooto, the Kazo District Police Commander, says that the deceased had breakfast with two of his colleagues at Kanoni trading centre.
Kazo Resident District Commissioner Ruth Sabiti Kashaka says that the closure is to stop the further spread of the virus and ensure proper disinfection. She explains that samples taken from the district staff last week returned two positive results between Monday and Wednesday.
