Sports Minister Charles Bakkabulindi says his ministry needs an additional six billion shillings for identifying talent as a way of promoting and managing sports in the country.

The Uganda People’s Defence Forces--UPDF spokesman Col Felix Kulayigye has said at least 18 of the 28 soldiers who were aboard four military helicopters heading to Somalia have been accounted for.
