Turyagumanawe urge police commanders in their respective units to ensure that unfamiliar individuals especially those from sister security agencies in uniform identify themselves.

It added that the program is intended to help reduce death of children from malaria and other severe childhood illness.

The directive came after Kiiza Besigye, the former FDC president and 22 others in 2006 successfully challenged their trial in the army court.
