The opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) has called off the Interim National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting that was supposed to sit on Friday to address the current crisis in the party. The meeting was to hold final deliberations and vote on whether new Presidential elections are to be held next year after the November 2012 polls that brought Major General Mugisha Muntu into office were contested by some party members.
