Taddeo Mugulusi (35), a casual labourer in Jinja, was last seen alive on Saturday evening. Mugulusi was drinking heavily with friends near Kyabazinga stadium in Bugembe town council. His neighbours discovered his body on Tuesday afternoon at 1pm.
