Ethics and Integrity Minister Father Simon Lokodo says the anti-pornography Act will mend gaps where insidious enticements, misleading behavior and poisoning character of persons has been perpetrated. According to KCCA, all vendors occupying the ground floor of the refurbished market will be charged a monthly due of UGX 50,000, the second floor charge is UGX 40,000 while those on the third floor will be charged between UGX 80,000 and 100,000.
