Despite the fast approaching deadline, General Aronda, the Internal Affairs minister says they are still negotiating with Muhlbauer to release the ID printing equipment following a tax dispute with Uganda Revenue Authority.

Dominique Ngirabanzi a resident of Kidakama Village in Muramba sub county-Ngirabanzi was shot by two gunmen at around 7:30am this morning while opening his shop in Kisoro Market. The gunmen fled off into hiding as residents converged to see what was happening when they heard the gunshots.
