Celebrated Congolese musician Antoine Koffi Olomide is expected in Uganda to grace North Tourism Fashion event scheduled for December 15 and 16 in Gulu district this year. Olomides invitation is however generating mixed reactions owing to the controversies the renowned rumba star gotten into.
