Most of the roads in the town council have developed gullies, bridges have been washed away by floods and drainage channels are clogged by solid waste.
The district was supposed to recruit five specialists at Nakaseke hospital, 11 agriculture extension staff, Primary and secondary school teachers as well as tertiary tutors. Part of the money was meant for payment of gratuity arrears for four pensioners.
