Sembabule district has been under restricted livestock movement for more than two years, following an outbreak of the highly contagious Foot and Mouth Disease in the area. Under their umbrella Sembabule Cattle Keepers Association, farmers have issued a 14-days ultimatum for the ministry to give a progress report on the quarantine.
