Luttamaguzi Ssemakula, the Nakaseke South Member of Parliament, has asked the district officials to petition Parliament to investigate the matter, saying some of bureaucratic tendencies are intended to benefit technocrats in ministries.
Last week, residents of Kateera parish in Kibinge Sub County, clashed with Safiina Najjengo Kaggwa after she blocked a community road that passes through her land.
Led by the Wakiso LC5 Chairperson, Matia Lwanga Bwanika, the leaders note that they have been pushing for having the entire district upgraded into a city district and wonder why government instead considered upgrading Entebbe which is one of the municipalities that make up Wakiso.
