Parliament has passed a resolution urging government to meet the cost of examination registration for all candidate classes for this year due to the impact of COVID-19.
Through the campaign, the university seeks to reach out to an estimated 300,000 alumni spread across the world, current students, parents and former parents, friends of Makerere, organizations, and other people with an attachment to the university.
Each learner is expected to get a package covering all the subjects taught at their level. For instance, a Primary Five pupil is expected to get material covering subjects of Science, English language, Social studies, Religious education, and Mathematics all covering the entire syllabus of the said class.
