The land in question is located in Lukenku village in Kikamulo sub-county in Nakaseke district. On August 23, 2021, Major Jimmy Katende, an administrative officer in the Office of the President wrote to Nakaseke District Police Commander informing him that he had received a complaint from another person, Anatoli Buzoya, claiming to have bought the contested land in 1972.
