The courts at lower local government administrative units are charged with adjudicating minor cases and making relevant orders for; compensation, reconciliation, declaration, costs, restitution, apology, attachment, and sales among others.
The district received 8,000 seedlings that were supplied by three different suppliers under Operation Wealth Creation (OWC). But only one supplier met the specifications to supply seedlings of between 30 to 75 centimetres.
The project worth Shillings 18.06 billion was funded by a loan from the African Development Bank-ADB. The three-storeyed market was according to the contract agreement meant to be handed over by November 2019.
