On Thursday evening, the State Minister for Kampala and Metropolitan Affairs, Kabuye Kyofatogabye who was in Kira Municipality-Wakiso district, said that the six months of grace given for boda bodas to register have elapsed, and the operations against unregistered riders in Kampala city center are to commence as soon as possible.
