Karuhanga reasoned that courts are grappling with case backlog due to limited judicial officers yet there are many senior lawyers who can be appointed temporarily to act as judges or magistrates for mission-based hearings.
Prosecution told court that Michael Dusabe, 32 and Richard Nsabimana 30, all residents of Gasovu village, Karambi Parish, Nyarusiza Sub County in Kisoro District, murdered Joram Kwizera ,28, resident of the same are on June 16, 2022.
