The reelection of President Donald Trump , the change in energy politics and landscape combined with the emergence of new poles could breathe new life in Uganda's oil and gas sector.
The government tasked Ithuba to contribute 147 Billion Shillings annually comprising 87 Billion in gaming taxes and 60 Billion in non-tax revenues. These funds, according to the Ministry, would go a long way in building sports infrastructure ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations set to be hosted by Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania in 2027.
“The report from the doctors at the Bugolobi clinic is alarming. The claim that Besigye is simply weak from not eating is misleading. The doctor’s assessment this morning is more concerning, requiring treatment in a better-equipped facility,” Lukwago said.
