Defense Minister Dr. Crispus Kiyonga has attacked Uganda Peopleâ€™s Defense Forces (UPDF) officers for what he called revealing secrets that are likely to cause danger to the country. At the burial of Brigadier Clovis Kalyebara in Fort Portal on Monday, Dr Kiyonga warned the army to stop the spreading to the public information about the internal conflicts but address the issues to the concerned authorities for the solutions.
