Members of Parliament sitting on the education committee have learnt that Makerere University’s Dental Schools requires Shillings 1.4 billion budgetary allocation to install all required equipment for the facility to become fully functional.
Makerere University has procured International Air Ambulance - IAA, an international medical insurance firm operating in Kampala, to provide health insurance, medical services and treatment to staff.
Dr. Isaac Okullo, the Deputy Principal College of Health Sciences told Uganda Radio Network in an interview that the college has capacity to transform the facility into a fully-equipped teaching hospital.
