Bridge has opened 63 schools in Uganda in the last two years. But the Ministry of Education says the schools are yet to be licensed because they have not met the requirements to merit operational licenses.
The collected pharmaceutical medicines will be taken to Luwero Industries Limited where they shall be incinerated in a controlled environment that fits the National Environment Management Authority-NEMA approved standards under the watchful eye of the NDA.
The event, organized by the Confucius Institute at Makerere University, featured folk music, dance, acrobatic martial arts and the Inner Mongolia Bureau of National Art Troupe. The performances depicted a blend of Chinese and Ugandan cultures.
