7 Students Held Over Violent Strike in Otuke

Moses Ochieng, the Otuke District Police Commander says that the suspects were picked up after they were mentioned by other students as the ring leaders of the strike. The four students are among the seven students who were arrested on Sunday following a violent strike that rocked the school on Saturday night.
