Luke Owoyesigyire, the Deputy Spokesperson Kampala Metropolitan Police, says the suspects are locked up at Wandegeya Police Station for inciting violence. He declined to divulge details, saying the operation that led to the arrest of the suspects was conducted by KCCA, which handed them to police.
