Justice Andrew Baishaija delivered the judgment in his ruling at Mbale High court on Thursday afternoon on grounds that Wanyoto had failed to show evidence that he won the highly contested polls.
In his petition, Watenga accused Modoi of using someone’s academic documents to vie for election as MP. Watenga claimed that Modoi used the academic documents of Modoi Abdul Isaac for his nomination and subsequent election.
