Lt. Col. George Nambafu, the Chairman Fourth Division Court Martial told URN that the UPDF Director of Prosecution who first sanctioned the file against Malinga wrote that they should drop the case against him due to lack of evidence to pin him and that they were left with no other option but to comply.
Speaking to URN in an interview, Atine said that he had learnt with shock that Ojambo had illegally disposed of the timber prompting him to file a formal complaint with Adjumani Resident State Attorney.
