Three relatives of Francis Ruhamyakaaka, one of the those murdered at Nakateeta Village Kisekka sub-county in Lwengo district have formally complained to Lwengo Resident District Commissioner over their condolence fees that went into the wrong hands.

The grave yard that consists of 48 graves of some of the polish refugees who died in Nyabyeya village when they settled in Masindi is currently in bad shape. The grave yard is located near St Mary Nyabyeya Catholic Church that was also constructed and left behind by the polish refugees.

Jasper Abura, the Lira City Education Officer, says that the inspection report shows that most schools are keeping the learning materials instead of distributing it to their learners. He attributes this to the fact that the learning materials were delivered at the time when some of the schools were already closed.
