It was first adopted in South Korea over 60 years ago.

Another stopover is Mirembe, a few kilometres from Jalia city.

UMU Vice Chancellor Rev Fr. John Chrysostom Maviri says that the university has recognized that many enrolled students lack the values of ethics, a basis for rules of behaviour and ideas about what is morally good and bad. He adds that although the course unit was integrated into programmes offered at the university, its impact seems to be minimal.
