In June, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Local Government Ben Kumumanya directed the Town Clerk to interdict Thomas Raboni, the Fort Portal North Division Town Clerk Pamela Kirungi, the Fort Portal City Senior Accountant for alleged financial management.
